How to Ask a Girl Out - You see a girl that is your type and are immediately attracted. Doesn’t it suck when you let a wonderful opportunity like this pass you by? You could of asked her out and she could of said yes, and that date could of blossomed into something beautiful, but you decided that day not to ask her to have lunch. Don’t let this happen to you time and time again by taking my advice on how you should ask girl out.

First and foremost, be confident in yourself! If you are confident, she’ll feel more comfortable around you. If you are nervous, try thinking of something that will make you laugh to get you in a good state of mind.

You could go up to her and say hi, striking up a conversation by commenting on something or asking her a question. Another way to ask a girl out is to simply go up to her and tell her you think she’s cute and wanted to get to know her. By being direct with what you want, girls will appreciate the honesty and the compliment. Usually, they will be flustered by what you said, perhaps nervous but flattered, but that’s alright. At this point, you’ll want to transition the conversation that is less tense. This would be a good time to introduce yourself, maybe even give her a compliment or ask her questions about her.

Asking questions and conversing with women is an art in itself. You want don’t want to ask her too many question and have it seem like a job interview. Instead, ask a question then make a statement about it to give her the opportunity to talk. For example, if you ask her where shes from and she says New York, maybe you’ve been there in the past, know people from there, or notice something about her that gives the impression she is from there. By making statements instead of asking questions, you are giving her a glimpse of who you are; if you just ask her questions, she knows nothing about you. In order to find commonalities between you and her, you should  ask her questions that pertain to some of your interests. If you do art, ask her if she is creative or enjoys looking at art. If you like music, ask her what her top 3 bands are of all time. The important thing here is that you are getting to know her as a person; you don’t want to make her feel as if shes just another pretty face. By asking smart questions, you can show a girl the type of person you are.

After talking for a bit, you should ask her for her number. This can be kind of weird if you haven’t done it before, but its quite easy. Just say, “It was really cool to meet you, maybe we can hang out sometime. Let me get your number so we can hang out”. At this point, give her your phone to input her digits, then call her to make sure its hers. Congratulations, you just asked a girl out!
